The United Arab Emirates (UAE) aim to generate more than 123 billion US dollars from tourism by 2031. They have introduced several reforms in immigration policy that make it easier for foreigners to enter the country.

The UAE Digital Government recently shared a list of around 70 countries that can obtain visas on arrival in the UAE. Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizens do not even need a visa. You only need to show your passport upon entry.

The UAE offers a variety of visas on arrival, including those valid for 30, 90 and 180 days. Indians can also obtain a visa upon arrival in the UAE if they meet the established criteria (Mentioned below is the list).

Countries With A 30-Day Visa On Arrival

Andorra, Australia, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong (China), Japan, Kazakhstan, Macau (China), Malaysia, Mauritius, Monaco, New Zealand, Republic of Ireland, San Marino, Singapore, Ukraine, United States and Northern Ireland North, United States States of America and Vatican City.

Countries With A 90-Day Visa On Arrival

Argentina, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Kiribati, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Montenegro, Nauru, Netherlands, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Serbia, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City, Ukraine and Uruguay.

180-Day Mexico Visa On Arrival

The United Arab Emirates only grant a 180-day visa on arrival in Mexico. This is largely due to the strong diplomatic ties between the two countries.

Requirements For Indians To Obtain Visa On Arrival

Indians need a valid passport and one of the following documents, US Visitor Visa or Green Card, UK Resident Visa or EU Resident Visa to obtain a Visa to India.

It is not allowed to work in the Emirates on a visitor or tourist visa. A person must obtain a work permit and work visa in order to work legally.
