BISP New Payment Date 1st July:
New BISP Survey July 2023: The new BISP survey is running at the Benazir Dynamic Registration Centers established at the Benazir Income Support Program offices.
New BISP Payment with Amount Increased by 25%: The Government of Pakistan has increased its financial support to BISP Kafalat by 25%. After the increase, the quarterly fee is Rs 8,500 for January to March and Rs 9,000 for May to July. You can get the BISP amount in the payment centers of the respective banks (from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
BISP Dynamic Registration 2023 Launched: All the poor and unemployed people of Pakistan are informed that today the inauguration of BISP Dynamic Registration 2023 was officially launched with the special guest of Bilawal Bhutto. The NSER survey team will carry out the registration of the new families in Pakistan for the amount of BISP.
New BISP Payments in May 2023: Commencement of BISP payments of Rs 7,000 for the month of March 2023 to beneficiaries of Benazir Kafalat. All of these BISP recipients can receive their cash balance at Bank Al-Falah and biometric ATMs.

BISP Dynamic Survey New Update 2023: The old survey mechanism will be closed and the new dynamic survey strategy will be launched in May 2023. A dynamic survey helpdesk has been set up in each tehsil and district. The new survey system essentially reacts to shocks. All families not yet enrolled in the BISP Program 2023 will now be enrolled in Benazir program beneficiaries.
The new tranche of the Benazir Kafalat program from May 2023 with a distribution amount of Rs 7000 BISP via HBL Connect Shops and ATMs will start on May 9th, 2023. All women and families benefiting from the BISP Kafalat program will receive the amount within the month of May 23rd.
A landmark announcement by the Federal Minister and Chair of the Benazir Income Support Scheme regarding the inclusion of transgender Pakistanis in the BISP beneficiaries. The Transgender Registry (Khawaja-Sara) was officially opened. The brief process for transgender registration is listed below.
- To register as a transgender in your NADRA CNIC ID Card
- Visit your nearest BISP registration center and start the registration process at the NSER survey counter
- Upon successful registration, transgender people are eligible for a quarterly contribution of 7000 rupees
- All successful transsexuals would be texted to 8171 to receive the amount
On World Poverty Alleviation Day, a quota of 14,000 rupees will be awarded every two years to needy women under the Benazir Kafalat program under the Benazir Income Support Scheme 2023.
A quarterly BISP installment of Rs.7,000 is currently being paid for the Benazir Kafalat Program. Payment will be made from 3rd October 2022.
More than 50 billion cash has been distributed to 2 million families affected by the floods under the Benazir emergency cash program, and 25,000 per family under the Ehsaas program. Federal Minister Shazia Marri said this money should be passed on to flood victims in a transparent manner and no concessions should be made to corrupt elements.

BISP Portal Eligibility Check Online
The government of Pakistan has launched an SMS service online for BISP 8171 result checks via CNIC to know your eligibility. You can use your CNIC ID Card Number to verify BISP eligibility. If you are already enrolled in the Benazir Income Support Program you will need to follow the new code system to confirm your eligibility.
All eligibility criteria are almost identical to those of the 8171 Ehsaas Kafalat program and are primarily intended to provide financial support to low-income families or especially women:
- Low-income families
- Families/women have a valid CNIC ID Card
- Widowed or divorced women
- People with physical or mental disabilities
If you are eligible, you will receive a monthly income and you can easily withdraw money from any ATM using the BISP Kafalat bank card.
BISP Kafalat Registration Check By CNIC
If you have a BISP ATM card, you can easily check your BISP balance. You need to go to any bank ATM and use your card, then enter your code at CNIC Number, and you can see the available amount in your account.
If you would like to know the amount of your BISP balance from the comfort of your own home, you can call the BISP Helpline number 0800-26477 to confirm your balance by speaking to the representative. You will then shortly receive an SMS with the credit confirmation.
