Punjab Govt announces board exams 2021 final schedule for matric and intermediate students

NCOC decides to conduct Matric, Intermediate Board Exams from June 23

The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) announced Saturday that the board exams for classes Matric and Intermediate would take place between June 23 and July 29.

The development took place during a meeting of the NCOC with its chairman, the Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives, Asad Umar, as president.

The NCOC has expressed its satisfaction with the current coronavirus situation in the country.

According to the NCOC, provinces will be able to begin prep courses for Matric and Intermediate from May 31.

However, they should be done every other day with the coronavirus SOPs intact.

The NCOC has mandated vaccination for teachers and other staff at educational institutions, stating that vaccination should be completed by June 10 to help contain the spread of the disease during exams.

The NCOC has opened walk-in vaccinations for teachers and other staff over the age of 18 who can get vaccinated by the nearest medical facility.

“The forum was generally satisfied with the general situation in the country. However, it was warned of the high prevalence of the disease in Sindh,” said a statement after the meeting.
