Once you enter your CNIC ID Card Number, the portal will notify you of your eligibility for the various initiatives of the Punjab Ehsaas Rashan Program 2023. Punjab Ehsaas Program 2023

Ehsaas Hum Qadam Program 8123
The Hum Qadam Program is an unconditional cash transfer scheme under the Ehsaas Punjab Rashan Program 2023 for the poor Persons With Disabilities (PWD) of Punjab, disbursing cash assistance of Rs 4000 per month through the payment services of vendor branchless banking channels.
The fundamental goal of the Ehsaas Humqadam Program is to improve the socio-economic well-being of people with disabilities in Punjab.

Hum Qadam Program Eligibility Criteria

How Do I Register For The Ehsaas Humqadam Program?

Masawaat Program 2023
The Masawaat Program includes unconditional cash transfers for transgender elderly and people with disabilities (TGPs), employment opportunities, and microloans to encourage entrepreneurship among TGPs.
The Ehsaas Punjab Program 2023 provides unconditional cash transfers under this program for senior TGPs at Rs. 3,000 per month and unconditional cash transfers for transgender persons with disabilities at Rs. 2,000 per month.
Ehsaas Masawaat Program
This Ehsaas Masawaat Program 2023 is designed with the following objectives:
- Integrate transgender people, who are often excluded from public services and programs, by providing livelihoods and education, health, and housing services.
- Protect transgender people from poverty by supporting their consumption and ensuring a minimum standard of living.
- Encourage the accumulation of human capital among transgender people and improve their access to productive assets and income-generating activities.
- Improve the health of transgender people to protect them from health crises.
First, for administrative efficiency, the Masawaat Program will select a subset of interventions proposed in the Transgender Wellness Policy.
All TGPs registered in Punjab are eligible for interest-free loans under this scheme to start their own small business. PSPA will provide interest-free loans of up to Rs100,000 to TGP in cooperation with Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC).
In addition, there will be free and accessible medical camps for testing, treatment, and medication for TPP provided with the help of health services and private sector companies. Meanwhile, PSPA also plans to work with other private sector organizations to create employment opportunities for TGPs.
Bahimat Buzurg Program
The aim of the Ehsaas Ba-Himmat Buzurg Program 2023 is to protect people over the age of 65 from existential risks and to enable them to lead a decent life. This program is currently providing financial assistance of Rs 2,000 per month to elderly women in families who do not qualify for the BISP Ehsaas Program.
In the event of the death of an eligible female according to the eligibility criteria provided, male family members aged 65 or over are eligible.
Ehsaas Bahimat Buzurg Program 2023
Rs 2,400 crore has been allocated to this program for the 2021-22 financial year. To date, 82,000 older adults have benefited from this initiative. This Ehsaas program will cover the most vulnerable people in Punjab and provide them with the means to support themselves financially.

Khadam e Punjab Zewar e Taleem Program 2023
The Zewar-e-Taleem Program 2023 is another conditional cash transfer under the Punjab Ehsaas Program and the Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) for school girls registered in public schools in 16 low-income districts.
This initiative aims to improve enrollment and retention in schools, in addition to meeting their nutritional needs, which are essential for adolescent girls. The initiative offers a stipend of Rs 1,000 each month, which is paid through the branchless banking system developed by PSPA.
The grant will be given to girls in public schools in Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chiniot, DG Khan, Jhang, Kasur, Khanewal, Layyah, Lodhran, Muzaffargarh, Okara, Pakpattan, Rajanpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and Vehari districts.
Ehsaas Cash is disbursed quarterly and funds are released upon receipt of an 80% attendance report from the Department of School Education. Students enrolled in Year 10 will be automatically expelled from the program at the end of the academic session. Students who have dropped out of school are also excluded from the program.
Pupils who are enrolled in schools as part of the annual enrollment campaign of the school authority receive this subsidy after a successful biometric test.

Punjab Ehsaas Nayee Zindagi Program 2023
The Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) has launched the Nayee Zindagi Program for acid attack victims under the Punjab Ehsaas Program 2023 and aims to rehabilitate acid attack victims through reconstructive surgery and psychological counseling for their socio-economic integration.
PSPA intends to work closely with the Department of Specialized Health and Medical Education to provide these benefits, which will cover the cost of care.
Access to a rehabilitation program can reduce the consequences of harm, improve health and quality of life, and reduce the use of health services. Therefore, the rehabilitation of these victims is essential so that they can live independently and pay for their homes as much as possible. and communities.
Empowering acid attack victims through institutional arrangements in various fields can be a very important step towards integrating their socio-economic conditions.
This Nayee Zindagi Program is designed with the following objectives:
- Providing medical-psychological rehabilitation to victims of acid attacks.

- Reduce the vulnerability of acid attack victims by generating income through professional training and interest-free loans for jobs/self-employment.

Ehsaas Sila-e-Fun Program
Sila-e-Fun Program is another initiative of Punjab Ehsaas Program 2023 and Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) is an unconditional money transfer program for experienced artists who have worked for more than 25 years in a related field across the 36 districts of Punjab.
It will provide a decent social pension to elderly and needy Punjabi artists, writers, poets, and media who have made notable contributions in their fields like film, television, literature, poetry, journalism, theatre, music, painting, etc.
Artists over 50 with a monthly income of fewer than 15,000 rupees and 25 years of experience in their field will receive 5,000 rupees per month in an unconditional cash transfer. The aim of this project is to improve the socio-economic well-being of elderly and financially vulnerable artists in Punjab who have made notable contributions in their fields.
This Sila-e-Fun Program is designed with the following objectives:
- Improving the social inclusion of poor and financially vulnerable elderly artists in Punjab by providing dignified social support
- Improving the livelihoods of poor, elderly, and needy artists
- Reduce the financial dependency of poor and needy elderly artists on their social network
A total of 2,034 deserving artists have benefited from this initiative.

Punjab Ehsaas Sarprast Program 2023
This is an upcoming Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) initiative under the Punjab Ehsaas Scheme 2023 which aims to provide financial assistance to poor and vulnerable widow families to improve their welfare and social status.
The Sarparast project falls under the second pillar of the Ehsaas Program, the ‘Safety Net’, which aims to provide effective and comprehensive safety nets for marginalized and vulnerable people.
It is also in line with the transversal objective of the Ehsaas strategy, which is to “eliminate areas of lag”. The Sarparast program provides dignified social assistance specially designed for poor widows in Punjab.
The scheme will help reduce the poverty rate in the beneficiary households by directly supplementing the monthly family income and reaching the poor and vulnerable sections of society.
Women’s Income Growth And Self-Reliance (WINGS) Program
WINGS was planned under the Ehsaas Punjab Program 2023 to build and maintain the productive assets of the poor by encouraging innovative and indigenous solutions. This program would help women break the chains of poverty and become self-sufficient with the goods provided.
The PSPA will set up a competitive challenge fund to test, adapt and scale up livelihood packages in different socio-economic and geographic contexts. With spending of Rs 700 crore in FY 2021-22.
Around 25,000 women in two districts are expected to benefit from the pilot phase of the program.
