In this article, we will cover Punjab Ehsaas Program 2024 Online Registration and how to check its eligibility. The Government of Punjab has launched the Ehsaas Program 2024 through the Punjab Social Welfare Authority (PSPA).
CM Punjab Pervez Ilahi announced the various programs of the Ehsaas Program. Therefore, for the Ehsaas Program 2024, the government has initiated several programs and plans to launch more for the citizens’ attention.
However, through the various Ehsaas schemes, eligible provincial candidates are paid Rs 2,000 to Rs 5,000 per month. The amount that applicants receive depends on the Ehsaas Program.
How To Check Punjab Ehsaas Program 2024 Eligibility Online Via CNIC?
Punjab residents can check their Ehsaas Program 2024 eligibility online using the following way:
- Visit the Punjab Social Welfare Authority (PSPA) online portal to check eligibility for the Ehsaas scheme. (Punjab Social Welfare Authority (pspa.gop.pk))
- Enter your valid CNIC ID Card number and the code provided in the image, then click the scratch button.
- Your Ehsaas Eligibility will appear on your screen.
The online web portal will tell you whether you are eligible for the program or not. If your CNIC number is not on the database, you will also be notified and asked to register your CNIC with the appropriate offices. At the same time, the web portal will also show you the lists of all the Ehsaas programs you want to enroll in.
All Programs Available Under The Punjab Ehsaas (PSPA)
The Punjab Social Welfare Authority (PSPA) offers the following program through Punjab Ehsaas 2024. Therefore, find out about all Ehsaas programs and enroll in the relevant program.

- Zewar-e-Taleem Program

- Sila fun Program
- Naye Zindagi Program
- Masawat Program
Ba-Himmat Buzurg Program
Seniors of Punjab over the age of 65 are eligible for the Ba-Himmat Bazurg Program. Eligible Punjab seniors receive Rs 2000 per month through this scheme. The allowance is granted to women over 65 years of age. If a woman dies, men over 65 in her family can get the money through the program.
If your CNIC Number is not on the database, you can visit nearby Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) offices and register for the National Progress Survey. However, the eligibility criteria for the Ba-Himmat Bazurg program are as follows.
- Women aged 65 and over
- (16۰18-30) a score of economic prosperity
Zewar-e-Taleem Program
The Zawar-e-Taleem program is aimed at public school students in Punjabi from selected districts. Public schools in 16 districts are included in this program. The districts included are Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chiniot, DG Khan, Jhang, Kasur, Khanewal, Layyah, Lodhran, Muzaffargarh, Okara, Pakpattan, Rajanpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and Vehari.
Through this Punjab Ehsaas Scheme, public school girls will initially receive 1,000 rupees per month. Thus, students can enroll in the Zawar-e-Taleem program through the school address or DMO office of the relevant districts and enter their father/mother’s CNIC.
Hamqadam Program
The Punjab Government has established the Hamqadam Program for Punjab Special Applicants. Eligible applicants receive Rs 2000/- per month through this scheme. So for the program, applicants can verify their eligibility through the PSPA website or send their CNIC to 8123.
If your CNIC is not registered, you can go to the nearest Benazir Income Support (BISP) office and enter your CNIC to register for the national program survey.
Eligibility for the Ehsaas Hamqadam Program is as follows.
- Special Candidates (Disabled)
- 0-30 a score for economic prosperity
Sila fun Program
The Sila-e-Fun program is aimed at artist candidates over the age of 55 who have been working in the relevant field for more than 25 years. Therefore, if applicants meet the eligibility criteria for the Sil-e-Fun program, they can contact their nearest cultural authority to enroll. However, below are the eligibility criteria for the program.
- Punjabi applicants over 55 years of age
- Active in the relevant field for more than 25 years
- Monthly income Rs15000/- or less
Masawat Program
The Masawat Program is a Punjab government initiative through the Ehsaas Program for transgender applicants. Through this scheme, transgender people over 40 earn Rs 3,000/- per month and have the opportunity to work in private companies. However, disabled transgender people aged 18-40 are paid Rs 2,000/- per month.
Eligible transgender people can go to the Bank of Punjab (any branch) and register for the Masawat Program through their CNIC Number.
Naye Zindagi Program
The Punjab government has established the Nayee Zindagi Program for acid attack victims. The program aims to rehabilitate victims through reconstructive surgery and psychological counseling. Therefore, the PSPA decided to work with the Department of Specialized Health Care and Medical Education to provide services to victims.
