WhatsApp Web Version Now Includes Sticker Maker

The web version of WhatsApp has been updated with a built-in custom sticker maker that allows you to turn ordinary images from your computer into stickers that can be transmitted via messaging service.

To access it, go to the Attachments tab, select a sticker, and then choose an image to upload. In addition to the web version, the feature will also be available in the WhatsApp desktop applications during the next week.

Images can be edited after uploading to create the perfect decal. To crop the background of an image, draw an outline around the subject, and photos can also be cropped (but still in a square aspect ratio). You can also overlay your sticker designs with emojis, text, and other WhatsApp stickers.

Creating your own WhatsApp stickers is nothing new, and there are a variety of dedicated third-party task apps for iOS and Android.

However, direct integration with the desktop and web version of the service is a useful tool, especially since it allows you to manipulate snapshots with cursor precision.
