Tony Awards Announce Date and Venue for Next Ceremony in 2022
The Tony Awards announced the dates and venue design news for the next awards ceremony in 2022.
The Broadway Awards ceremony is finally returning to its usual venue, Radio City Music Hall in the heart of New York.
The live event is scheduled for Sunday 12 June, following their pre-pandemic schedule.
For those unfamiliar, Broadway shut down entirely following the outbreak of the pandemic in March 2020 and did not hold its awards ceremony until September 2021 at the Winter Garden Theater.

The 2022 Awards Stage will be the 75th Annual Awards Celebration and will be available for live coast-to-coast coverage.
The entire four-hour presentation will be split between Paramount+ and CBS and will begin at 7 p.m.
Awards nominations will be announced May 3 and presentations will be conducted by the Broadway League and the American Theater Wing.
