PM Youth Laptop Scheme 2023 Online Apply
The Prime Minister’s Youth Program (PMYP) has officially opened applications for Phase VI of the PM’s Youth Laptop Scheme, the program’s Twitter account announced on Tuesday.
Earlier, the PTI government stopped the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme, but the ruling authorities decided to provide laptops to students under the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme.
What is Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme 2023?
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) is expected to distribute some 100,000 laptops to students at public sector universities and degree-awarding institutions under the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme in Phases VI and Allied Services launched the Free Laptops program.
Young people in Pakistan can apply online for a free laptop under the PM Youth Laptop Scheme 2023. As it was the last year of the current government and for this reason, it was decided to distribute the remaining 100,000 laptops in 2023-24.

PM Laptop Scheme 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Students enrolled at the earliest date of their respective program duration based on the table below:
- Applicant must have a valid CNIC ID Card/B Form number.
- You must be a valid student by the application’s last date, which is 20th June 2023.
Students enrolled by 20th June 2023, but not before the term of their respective degree, according to the table below:

- Students studying at public sector universities/degree institutes duly recognized by HEC (excluding distance learning courses).
- Students enrolled in the Ph.D./MS/MPhil or equivalent program and are 18 years of age.
- Students enrolled in a 4 or 5-year program (mornings and afternoons).
- Students enrolled in the MBA program (3.5 years, 2.5 years, and 1.5 years).
PM Laptop Scheme 2023 Last Date
Applicants should be aware of the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme 2023 application’s last date. It is important to submit the online application and registration forms before the last date, i.e. 20th June 2023.
As such, applicants are encouraged to keep up to date with announcements and notifications regarding the application’s last date for the scheme.

- To find the name and contact details of your university’s PM Laptop Scheme referee, go to the Find Referee tab.
- To view PM Laptop Program FAQs, go to the FAQs tab.
- Students must provide their own CNIC ID Card, Mobile Phone Number, and Email Address when registering, as the data provided will be used for further processing. Providing incorrect or misleading data can lead to the deletion of the registration.

PM Youth Laptop Scheme 2023 Online Registration
- Applicants can apply to the program through the official PMYP website.
- Personal information including CNIC ID Card Number, Mobile Phone No., and Email Address must be provided correctly. It is important that you provide the correct information as incorrect or inaccurate information may result in cancellation of registration.
- Once the registration is complete, the applicant needs to log into their account.
- In order to check the status of the application, the applicant must go to the “Application status” area. This will give you information about the status of your application.
- Applicants should consult the list of eligible universities available on the website to determine if their university is eligible for Phase VI of the scheme.
