The Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) passed legislation to regularize more than 38,000 teachers in the province.

The KPK Teacher Service Appointment and Regularization Bill, 2022 was passed on Monday.

Provincial Education Minister Shahram Khan Tarakai addressed the house congratulating the teachers and urging them to carry out their duties with dedication so that the new generations can work for the development and croissants of the country.

In June, the CP administration announced the legalization of thousands of school and university teachers, hundreds of doctors, and former FATA project workers.

Separately, Kamran Khan Bangash, KPK Minister of Higher Education, announced hundreds of job vacancies at the Department of Higher Education (HED) earlier this month.

On Twitter, the minister announced more than 800 positions in the HED and urged young people to apply for these positions through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission (KPPSC).

In addition, the Mansehra District Department of Education (DED) has pledged to issue letters of appointment to hundreds of contract teachers in public schools and universities.
