HEC Degree Attestation Fee Update

HEC Degree Attestation Fee Update for March 2024

Last Updated on: 22nd February 2024, 09:06 am

For Pakistani citizens planning to pursue higher education or seek employment opportunities abroad, attesting their degrees through the Higher Education Commission (HEC) is essential.

To streamline this process and ensure convenience for applicants, the HEC has introduced an online system for degree attestation.

Applicants are advised to initiate the attestation process by visiting the official website. Once the online application is completed, applicants must submit their documents for initial examination.

Upon successful preliminary scrutiny, applicants will receive notification via SMS and email from the HEC, allowing them to schedule an appointment for urgent walk-in submissions or send their documents through courier.

Modes For HEC Degree Attestation

HEC provides two modes for degree attestation in Pakistan:

  1. Walk-in Mode (Urgent Applications Only): Applicants can personally submit their documents or authorize someone else to do so on their behalf.
  2. Authorized Courier Service Mode (All Normal Applications): Both residents and non-residents of Pakistan can send their documents through designated courier services. These services are responsible for the attestation process as well as the return of documents to the applicants.
