As per the computer records from the Shasta District Prison, Alexandra Souverneva was arrested and charged with wildfire and held on 100k USD bail.
Workers at a nearby quarry reported seeing a woman act strangely and break into the area of Shasta County where the fire broke out Wednesday afternoon, the California Department of Forestry and Conservation said Thursday.

The fire broke out Wednesday night in a remote gorge on property accessible from the JF Shea and Mountain Gate quarries. Staff said today they saw a woman enter the property and act irrationally, Cal Fire said.
Investigators said around 8 p.m. A woman later identified as Souverneva emerged from the bush near the firing line on Wednesday seeking medical treatment. She was dehydrated.
Souverneva was later interviewed by Cal Fire police officers, who collected information that led them to believe that she was responsible for the fire, Cal Fire said in a news release.
Cal Fire did not provide further information on the information collected.
Cal Fire officials said the charges against Souverneva are being mitigated due to the state of emergency declared in California for the risk of wildfires.

Alexandra Souverneva was taken out of the firing line and examined and treated medically.
After being questioned by Cal Fire police officers, officers believed Souverneva was responsible for the fire. She was arrested, later transported, and detained in the Shasta County Jail.
The case is before the Shasta County Prosecutor’s Office, which recommends that Souverneva be charged with arson.
The store is improving as a state of emergency has been declared in California due to the risk of wildfire.
