Woman Raped At Gunpoint Near Margalla Hills in Islamabad
In another sexual assault incident, a woman was raped at gunpoint in Islamabad near trekking route No. 3 in the Margallah Hills.
The victim reportedly filed a complaint against a man named Noman for allegedly raping him on the famous hiking trail.
In the police report, the woman said Noman lured her to Islamabad with promises of employment after paying him 80,000 Rupees.
She was supposed to meet the alleged suspect at his office, but the accused made her visit Trekking Trail No. 3 in Islamabad’s Margalla Hills and raped her at gunpoint.
The victim also requested a medical examination to prove sexual assault.
The defendant threatened to shoot the woman if she shared the incident with anyone, made noise, or resisted. After sexually assaulting her, the man dropped her off at a bus stop in Rawalpindi.
The victim contacted the Kohsar Police Station and filed a complaint against the accused.
