Which Smartphone Does PM Shehbaz Sharif Use?

Apparently, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif doesn’t care about the latest and greatest smartphones or just doesn’t care about upgrading to newer models. You’re not using the latest iPhone, Samsung, or Xiaomi, but you’re using a device that’s about 6 years old.

Prime Minister Muhammad Abu Bakar Umar’s central figure shared a video on Twitter with Shehbaz Sharif on a plane with the help of PPP President Bilawal Bhutto and UN Secretary-General António Guterres for his visit to Sind touched by the floods.

At the end of the video, you can see the PM pull out his phone briefly and it appears to be an iPhone 7.

In his tweet, Umer says the prime minister never carries his phone with him in public and this is the first time he has used it at a meeting. He showed the UN Secretary-General a video about the floods.

People in the comments asked Umer why the prime minister isn’t using the latest smartphones, to which he replied that he only uses his phone for urgent tasks and not for entertainment.

He also revealed that he was using a Nokia 3310 when he met the Prime Minister in 2011.

iPhone 14 Series

Speaking of the iPhone, the latest is available now and available for pre-order in Pakistan. The new iPhone series includes iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, and 14 Pro Max. Since import duties have risen again compared to last year, the new iPhone 14 is even more expensive than the 13 series.

The prices are as ridiculous as you can imagine. The base iPhone 14 with 128GB of storage starts at a staggering Rs. 419,999, while the 1TB iPhone 14 Pro Max is now the most expensive smartphone on the market at a staggering price of Rs. 689,999.

Please note that these prices are for pre-orders on a specific retailer’s website and prices may vary from retailer to retailer.
