Talia Skye is the girlfriend of an heir to dole food billionaire Justin Murdock. Murdock was arrested after his girlfriend accused him of slapping her face after a Halloween party last year.
Silverstein said that Skye’s attorney Duncan Levin called him shortly after his arrest and “carefully suggested that all of this could go away in exchange for a large sum of money and that his client would not leak this story to the media when the sum was paid off.”

Justin Murdock, 49, left Talia Skye with one black eye in an alley in Los Angeles, according to the Daily Mail when a friend of Skye told the Mail that she was looking for her boyfriend after Skye texted her. “I picked her off the floor and saw her face. It was completely swollen, with a blue-green color,” said the friend.
Murdock, the sole heir to the Dole Food Company who was previously linked to stars like Avril Lavigne and Lana Del Ray, is ‘hysterical,’ the friend added. “He yelled at me and said, ‘I don’t hit women.”
“After Skye reported the alleged attack, Murdock was arrested the next day.”
The mail reports that he has posted $50,000 bail and will return to court in March, but the district attorney has not charged him. A Murdock attorney insisted that Skye’s black eye was “self-inflicted” and that she was trying to extort money from the offspring.
