Gunner Foxx is the new boyfriend of Queens of the Stone Age singer Josh Homme’s ex-wife, Brody Dalle.
The man allegedly threatened to kill his ex-wife’s new boyfriend … and now the guy has just got legal protection.

As per new legal documents received from TMZ, Josh allegedly started issuing death threats after Gunner Foxx started seeing Josh’s ex-wife Brody Dalle in 2020, and Foxx says things are finally going around the holiday season have reached their peak.
Gunner claims he was doing Christmas shopping at a mall in Thousand Oaks, California when Josh walked up to him and threatened to throw him off a balcony.
In the documents, Gunner claims Josh ran into his face for the first time in an Apple Store and said, “I’m going to kill you, you fucking bitch” and apparently challenged him to a fight.
Foxx claims Josh came up to him again outside the Apple Store, severely punched him, and threatened to kill and toss him from the second-floor balcony. He says Josh grabbed his arm and tried to throw him over the railing.
In the documents, he claims Josh stuck his fingernails in his hand during the argument and actually believed Josh was going to kill him.

The shooter claims he called the police and the police responded, but not until Josh came back and made a police report.
In the documents, Gunner says he lives in Malibu with Josh’s ex and their children and believes Josh broke into the house and even punctured his tires.
Foxx took him to court and a judge issued an injunction requiring Josh to stay at least 50 yards from Gunner and Gunner’s two daughters.
