Stefan Bieret has been charged with possession of child pornography in ten cases, all of which are capital crimes.
A deputy house sergeant was arrested and charged in a child pornography case, Fairfax County Police, Virginia.

Bieret de Burke was arrested Wednesday after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) contacted authorities about a “potentially illegal image uploaded to a Dropbox account,” as per the police press release.
Burke is about 20 miles from Washington, D.C. removed.
The House Sergeant at Arms declined a request for comment from NBC News. The Congress personnel website, LegiStorm, shows that the Bureau employed Bieret.
It is not known whether Bieret consulted a lawyer.

Child Pornography Charges on Stefan Bieret
Detectives searched the Dropbox account and found it belonged to a Fairfax County resident. Other images of child sexual abuse material were also found on the account, Fairfax County police said.
“Subsequent search warrants led the detectives to identify the owner of the Dropbox account,” the press release said.
“Yesterday, detectives carried out a search warrant in his apartment and seized several electronic devices.”
Bieret was charged with possession of child pornography in ten cases. He was taken to the adult county detention center and detained without shackles, police said.
