Sindh Board To Conduct Matric Annual Exams Next Week
The government of Sindh has announced that the annual matriculation exams for grades 9 and 10 students will start on 8th May 2023, in all districts of the province including Karachi.
Education Minister Ismail Rahoo has released a timetable for the exams, which will take place in two shifts.
Rahoo urged K-Electric to ensure test centers are not subject to load shedding due to the province’s increasing heat intensity.
He added that more than 700,000 students will take matriculation exams in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Nawabshah, Larkana, and Mirpurkhas divisions.
Test center officials are responsible for providing facilities such as drinking water to students.
Security measures are also reinforced inside and outside the centers to prevent fraud.
