Sindh Board Exams Schedule For Matric & Intermediate Announced
As per the recent reports, the Sindh Department of School Education will release the academic calendar for 2022 on April 1st.
As per the new academic calendar, annual exams for grades one through eight begin March 10-20. The matric exams will take place from May 10th, while the intermediate exams will begin on June 18th.
According to the Department of School Education, exams will be carried over from across the curriculum this year and students will no longer benefit from the relaxation offers during the COVID-19 pandemic last year.
Recently, the Punjab Chairman’s Committee also announced the calendar of annual mid-term and matric exams for the province’s nine school boards for 2022. The matric class annual exams will begin on May 10th, while the intermediate exams begin on June 18th.

To end memorization, the Punjab Board Presidents Committee also approved a new exam model. According to the new model, the questionnaire consists of three sections with 20% multiple-choice questions, 50% short questions, and only 30% long questions. The objective part is divided into three parts: general knowledge, application, and understanding.
Starting this year, all school authorities in Punjab have been instructed to follow this revised paper pattern for the matric and intermediate exams 2022.
