PSL 8 Opening Ceremony And First Game Ticket in Multan Not For Sale

The eighth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will start in the next few hours. A spectacular opening ceremony will precede the opening match between the Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans at Multan Cricket Stadium as the opening curtain for the tournament.

Multan has always been a fantastic place to play cricket as the stadium is full of enthusiastic fans but this time it looks like the stadium will not be at full capacity as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is not selling tickets could the first day of the competition.

In a few hours, more than 2,500 tickets will be available online for the first game. While seven of the nine speakers are sold out, thousands of seats are still available for Imran Khan and Fazal Mahmood.

The Inzamam-ul-Haq venue, whose seats cost 18,000 rupees each, and the regular stalls, whose tickets each cost between 1,000 and 3,000 rupees, are sold out. Imran Khan and Fazal Mahmood complex tickets cost 6,000 each.

With the opening game taking place on a weekday, the high cost of tickets and the PCB’s inability to promote the tournament as it has done so far could contribute.

Tickets for the meeting are still available on the bookme website.
