Pakistan Post nominated to be the Amazon’s delivery partner in the country

The nation has nominated adding Pakistan Post to the list of accomplices in global parcel shipping for global internet business giant Amazon.

Pakistan is expected to be on Amazon’s merchant list in seven days. After that, however, the Pakistani traders would have to focus on the nature of their items. Items sold will be refunded if there is a complaint.

Ayesha Humaira, the assistant business secretary, revealed to PakistanIssues that an extraordinary breakthrough after Eid al-Fitr was normal.

Pakistan is the lonely South Asian country excluded from pooling the 102 nations on the Amazon platform, despite being one of the largest economies in the region. A year ago, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) ranked Pakistan 116th in the B2C e-commerce index of 152 countries.

According to Noman Ahmed, CEO of Si Global, Amazon has around 12 million items in inventory across all of its classifications and administrations.

With the advent of Amazon in Pakistan, vacancies in Pakistan will increase and business owners large and small will really want to take advantage of it, which is a welcome turn of events, said Muhammad Adeel, manager of online business and digital media. “The e-commerce sector will also be strengthened,” he added.
