Natalia Andrea Larrañaga Fajardo, a young woman from Colombia, was killed by a boat propeller last month after jumping into the water to retrieve her flip-flops and a chilling video of her final moments has now surfaced.
Larrañaga Fajardo, from Cali, was visiting White Watta Beach on the island of San Andres on 27th November when she hopped onto a boat full of acquaintances, the Miami Herald reported.

Woman Killed By Ship’s Propeller
Video shared by Archipelago Press showed people on nearby boats screaming as Fajardo bled profusely and arched his back from catastrophic leg injuries. Eventually, they put her on a jet ski and took her to the hospital.
A statement from the San Andrés State Social Enterprise Department Hospital to El Isleño media confirmed that he arrived around 5:30 p.m. local time.
After major surgery and multiple blood transfusions, Fajardo was pronounced dead around 2:30 a.m. on 28.11.
The ship and its crew are reportedly being investigated by local authorities.
News of Fajardo’s horrifying accident comes just months after a boat propeller severed both of her feet on Lake Michigan on Chicago mother-of-two Lana Batochir.
“I thought I was going to die,” he told reporters of his harrowing experience.
“I fought for my life for seconds that felt like minutes. I started drowning, I couldn’t swim. Batochir, 34, had a lower leg amputation and nerve surgery for his injuries, after which the grueling process of rehabilitation began.”
“Anyone who knows me knows that I love dancing, love music, and enjoy family life itself,” he lamented at the time.
“My life has been completely changed by an unfortunate tragedy.”
