Juan Harry is a Berkshire man who was sentenced to prison for sexually assaulting two boys. He fled the prosecution and will serve eight to ten years in state prison for sexually abusing two children ten years ago.

Charges And Sentenced
As per the press release, Berkshire prosecutors secured the conviction of 54-year-old Juan Harry on Friday, December 4th.
Three incidents of indecent assault and assault and assault of a child Rape.
Judge John Agostini sentenced Harry to eight to ten years in state prison, as per the state’s verdict.
North Adams Police arrested Harry in 2003 for sexually assaulting two 11-year-old girls. Harry fled the area on Court Day 1 as a trial was due to begin in 2010.
“We are happy to finally welcome some of the victims, meanwhile adult women, who have waited a long time for this day close with this long sentence. Prosecutors will always fight for victims no matter how long it takes,” said prosecutor Andrea Harrington.

Nassau County, New York Police arrested Harry with the warrant for non-compliance.
