Jareth Thomas Harries-Markham is a babysitter from North East Perth who advertised her services online and faces 190 more charges of child sexual abuse.
In northeast Perth, he was from Bennett Springs and was charged last month with assaulting a baby and three other children.
Now WA Police say detectives have identified other alleged victims.
Harries-Markham now faces 194 counts, including possession of exploitative material, sexual penetration of a child, encouragement of a child to commit an indecent act, and indecent admission of a child, bringing the number of alleged victims to 12.
The children are between eight months and nine years old.

The alleged crimes took place between July last year and August this year while the man was caring for the children.
Mr. Harries-Markham has also faced a ‘no contact’ in five child exploitation cases, out of a total of 199 child sex offenses.
He also faces five counts of prohibited and controlled weapons linked to knives and yellow trucks.
This brings the total number of charges against him to 204.
What Was The Trial?
Mr. Harries-Markham will face charges including material relating to child exploitation, sexual penetration of a child, indecent filming and treatment of a child, and encouragement of a child to behave sexually.
He appeared in Perth Magistrates’ Court on Monday and is due to return to court on 18th October.
The police investigation is continuing and investigators are urging anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers.
