The state cabinet approved the Insaf Taleem Card Online Registration 2024. 244,000 students at public universities across the province will be 100% tuition-exempt through the Insaf Taleem Card KPK. In particular, education is the key to a better future in the digital age, and at KP, barriers to educational opportunities are broken down.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan has approved a sum of Rs. 998.5 million to be released by the Treasury Department for the launch of the Insaf Taleem card KPK in the province in FY2024-25.
The initiative aims to help students at state universities who have gotten into financial difficulties with their annual or semester fees.
Addressing the Cabinet, the CM said the launch of this initiative aims to provide free educational opportunities to students studying in state institutions.
Kamran Bangash, Minister of Higher Education and Information Special Assistant to CM Muhammad Ali Saif said the launch of the Insaf Taleem Card KPK online apply is the second largest government program since the Insaf Sehat Sahulat card as it will help a large number of students.
KPK Insaf Taleem Card Online Apply And Last Date
The KPK government created the Insaaf Taleem Card Program for students. The education card is a project by the Ministry of Higher Education of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that will benefit 2 lacs and 44,000 deserving students. Students from all 310 state universities in the province receive education cards.
The Insaf Education Card KPK Program benefits students enrolled in public universities who are struggling to pay the annual or semester-by-semester admissions fees. There are currently up to 2,44,858 students enrolled in KP across 274 universities. The Insaf Education Card is the second flagship project of the Pakistani provincial government Tehreek-e-Insaf after the Insaf Health Card.

Insaf Taleem Card was given, students studying in our colleges belong to the middle class or poor class, so they cover all expenses from admission fees to tuition fees, their security fund, and other expenses that are college, and all bear additional pension costs.
It is an innovative move by the provincial government to provide free education to thousands of students studying in-state colleges, including commercial colleges, through the Insaf Education Card KPK. This program will reduce student admissions and tuition fees across the province, including the flooded areas, where enacted.
