  • Applications are possible from 1st June 2023.
  • From the list of participating courses, select the master’s course you would like to enroll in.
  • Apply directly to the respective universities that offer the Master’s degree programs you have selected. Do not send your application to the DAAD. Indicate that you are applying for the DAAD’s Helmut Schmidt program (Master’s scholarship in Public Policy and Good Governance). The application period at the eight universities is from June 1 to July 31, 2023.
