Frances Kendra Lucero, 27, and Romier Narag, 27, were shot dead in front of their two children, ages 3 and 4, on 6th March in Daly City, California.
At around 7:30 p.m., Narag allegedly shot Frances with a 9mm pistol as she fled to her home, investigators say.

According to the Daily City Police Department, she was shot four times and Narag was quickly taken into custody.
He is charged with manslaughter, child endangerment, concealing a firearm in a moving car, and concealing a loaded firearm.
