The Pakistani government has released the Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2024 Registration Centers List for Merit-Based Financial Assistance to Poor and Deserved Women Across the Country.

Updates on 22nd February 2024 (Before and After Eid al-Fitr):
Due to the current worst situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, all Ehsaas registration centers are temporarily closed. When the registration centers reopen, the public will be informed about the education center.

The first payment of Ehsaas Kafalat to the new families of Rs. 12,000 will be made in two quarterly installments (December to February 2024). All payments after February 2024 will be paid Rs. 6000 in a quota of a quarter.
Ehsaas Kafalat Families with Biometric Verification Problems:
Customers with biometric verification problems who wish to receive the Ehsaas amount can provide the telephone number of the district administration, the partnership bank (Habib Bank/Bank Al-Falah), or a representative of the Ehsas team at the nearest Ehsaas payment centers to answer the request on the Submit portal.

There is no online link to Ehsaas Kafalat Registration. The Ehsas registration is only possible through Ehsas NSER Survey and Ehsaas Kafalat Registration Desk.

Nadra Portal Ehsaas Kafalat Program Update 2024
The Pakistani government, the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), issued the official notice on 22nd March 2023, of the application for administrative assistance in the disbursement of quarterly payments to the beneficiaries of the Ehsaas Kafalat Program.
From the outset, you must acknowledge and appreciate the cooperation of the five provincial governments and AJ & K in making efforts to ensure the timely, orderly, and transparent disbursement of funds to the Ehsaas Kafalat beneficiaries of the BISP.
To save BISP beneficiaries from financial bottlenecks during Ramazan Mubarak 2024. The BISP will pay out two quarterly payments of Rs. 6,000 / at once as a single payment of Rs 12,000 / – from the first week of April 2024.
However, due to the third wave of COVID-19, the BISP has decided to withdraw funds in the camps in a controlled environment where health SOPs can be enforced.

With this in mind, the BISP needs the following support from the provincial governments:
- Enable payouts to Ehsaas Kafaalat beneficiaries in dedicated warehouses and grant BISP officials, NADRA staff, HBL, Bank Alfalah staff, and Bank VHL retailers an exemption from a possible block or imposition of Section 144, so that you can make the cash payment.
- Designation of campsites in government buildings, including schools/universities, community hallways, stadiums/land, town halls, or union offices, with accommodation and seating arrangements. The addresses of the designated buildings can be passed on by the deputy commissioner to the BISP field service team within the next few days. Efforts can be made to separate cash withdrawal points and waiting areas.
- Appointment of a contact person from the office of the Secretary-General and a local person from each office of the Deputy Commissioner with whom the Regional Director and the Heads of Department of the BISP can coordinate.
- Provide security in designated cash withdrawal depots to ensure the safety of retailers and beneficiaries who receive cash.
Ehsaas Program Online Registration 2024
The Pakistani government has officially announced the new phase of the Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2024 through the DAWN newspaper.
The amount of Ehsaas Kafalat of Rs. 12000 / – will be distributed to deserving people in Punjab, KPK, Sindh, Balochistan, and all of Pakistan after launching on February 2nd, 2023.

How To Apply Online For Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program 2024 [Complete Guide]
Interested and authorized persons should receive their payment at the nearest payment centers. You can also get the amount at the biometric ATMs of Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and Bank Al Falah. The bank representative will guide you to collect the amount from the ATM.

- Eligible persons must have their identity cards with them.
