Cecily Barmore is the daughter-in-law of Dog the Bounty Hunter who quarreled with her lover and slapped his face, at least she told the police officers who arrested her for domestic violence.
The Honolulu prosecutor’s office informs us that it has refused to press charges, but prosecutors have up to 2 years to change their mind if new evidence emerges.

Why Was Dog The Bounty Hunter’s Daughter Cecily Barmore Arrested?
As per the police report received from TMZ, officers in Honolulu received a phone call shortly before midnight on 31st July regarding an argument in an apartment, and when they arrived at the scene, the alleged victim told police officers that Cecily Barmore had hit and bitten him.
Cecily’s husband, who we were told had been with her for 5 years, told police the couple had been drinking before being verbally and physically assaulted.
He says she hit him on both sides of his face and bit his upper back, leaving a trail of swelling and bruising.
The alleged victim also told police that this was not the first time Dog’s daughter had physically abused him…
Cecily was arrested for negligently abusing a family member. The ambulance responded but did NOT take him to the hospital.
Her Statement
Cecily confirms there was an incident but tells us it was “an altercation where a man hit me and said terrible things about my late mother’s memory.”
She says, “I used proportional response, turned off the abuser, and defended my mother’s memory. She would have done the same, I can assure you.”
Cecily adds … “If you get your hands on Cecily Chapman, they’ll kick your ass,” and says the police have decided not to prosecute, so they consider the case resolved.
