Alyssa Walker-Donaldson was reported missing by family members on Monday, February 7th. Now her family is looking for answers and is searching the area where she was last seen in Hochatown.
The search for a missing 24-year-old woman from McCurtain County, Oklahoma continues Wednesday, February 9th.

One of Alyssa Walker-Donaldson’s aunts, Carolyn Janz, spoke to KSLA about the case on Wednesday morning.
There has been much speculation that the disappearance of Alyssa Walker-Donaldson is somehow linked to the escape of four inmates from the McCurtain County Jail. At this point, the sheriff’s office says they don’t believe there’s a connection, but they’re not ruling out anything. One of the inmates was picked up near where Walker-Donaldson was last seen.
Janz told KSLA on Wednesday that her niece “clashed” with one of the inmates still released, Jerome Rutherford Jr., and that she went to school with Brandon Stansbury, one of those arrested in connection with the inmate’s escape.
Janz also says about 60 people from the community are helping to find her niece. She says friends at KSLA Walker-Donaldson were “trying” to learn what happened but are hoping someone will come forward with information. Janz received photos from Hochatown Lodge’s surveillance video. She believes her niece’s car is in the video. However, the sheriff’s office has not confirmed this.

It is not clear if the two cases are related or if these connections are purely coincidental.
So far, eight people have been arrested in connection with the prisoner’s escape.
