According to the announcement, the new fee is now AED 1,250 which includes many other fees such as AED 1,000 for Issuance, AED 100 for Inquiry, AED 100 for Smart Services, AED 28 for E-Services and AED 22 for Federal Agency Fees.

Various categories of people are eligible under the Golden Visa program, including those qualified as scientists and specialists, public fund investors, real estate investors, entrepreneurs, outstanding university graduates, graduates from accredited universities in the UAE, and graduates from international universities. accredited universities and frontline defense forces.

The golden visa is designed to attract and retain the above people in the country. Applicants wishing to participate in the program are required to submit various documents, including the sponsor’s passport, a personal color photograph, and proof of eligibility for the golden visa.

The authority announced that incomplete applications or missing data will be automatically rejected after 30 days.

In case of a third return due to a lack of data or missing documents, the application will be rejected. Reimbursement will only be granted if the application is denied and issued within six months of submission by credit card or by check or wire transfer at domestic banks within a maximum of five years.
