The world’s most popular short-form video hosting platform, TikTok, has officially released its annual report for this year titled “Year in TikTok 2022”.
The report revealed that Pakistani TikTok users mainly consumed content about new tips to simplify life, learning new recipes, sports highlights, and lip-synching to popular songs.
Regarding the TikTok report, Vanessa Pappa, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TikTok, said in a press release that TikTok is excited to commemorate the global users who shaped the trends of 2022, shared innovative ideas, and learned from each other and their Interests have turned into careers and income.
Here are the top Pakistani TikTok videos that stole the show in 2022:
1. Hoor Mahaveera
Hoor Mahaveera, a TikTok star who has appeared in various commercials and marketing campaigns, tops the list. In her video, we see her lip-syncing to Bilal Saeed’s song.
2. Jannat Mirza
Model Jannat Mirza, whose video includes a performance of Pakistan’s national song Dil Se Maine Dekha Pakistan, takes second place, just behind Hoor Mahaveera.
3. Mashal Khan
The third video on the list features trendy Pakistani actress Mashal Khan, who gained attention for her role in the famous drama series ‘Parizaad’ starring Ahmed Ali Akbar.
4. Wasif Ghafoor
