Salman Khan, Disha Patani Starrer 'Radhe' Creates History, Breaks Records and it Becomes Most Watched Film on OTT First Day

Salman Khan’s Radhe Disappoints The Audience Despite Outstanding Response To OTT

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan with the lead role in “Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai” was launched with a sensation. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the film decided to have a hybrid released simultaneously in cinemas and on multiple digital platforms via pay-per-view on May 13 in India. Abroad it was still opened in theaters.

Unsurprisingly, a record number of people have seen Radhe on ZeePlex and Zee5. The unprecedented response was that the ZeePlex server crashed multiple times due to the heavy traffic that was later fixed.

Despite the positive response, the great mass entertainer failed to impress viewers, making it one of Salman Khan’s worst films.

After Race 3 (2018) and Saawan … The Love Season (2006), Radhe is the third-lowest film with IMDb ratings of 2.2 and 1.9, respectively. Radhe’s IMDb rating is 2.3, with over 16,000 users rating the film within the first 24 hours.

The South Korean film “The Outlaws“, which inspired Radhe, has a good IMDb rating of 7.2 from almost 5,000 votes.

Among the lowest-rated Bollywood films of all time, Radhe ranks 10th on IMDb, along with films like Khaali Peeli (2020), Shakalaka Boom Boom (2007), Boom (I) (2003), and fellow Mahesh Bhatt’s director, “Sadak 2 “2020, which premiered directly on Disney Plus Hotstar last year, remains the lowest-rated Bollywood film ever with an IMDb rating of 1.1 for nearly 66,000 votes.
