Renae Olivia is a New Jersey mom turned social media sensation, and it’s all about her age-defying looks.
Olivia has amassed more than 346,000 followers on Instagram and TikTok, and fans were stunned when they found out.

“People are pretty shocked when I tell them my age,” the Hoboken bombshell told Media Drum World. “Women kept asking me what my secrets were to looking younger than my age, so I thought that was a good reason to start this journey [on social media].”
Olivia is now creating viral videos that reveal the surprisingly simple secrets that help her look half her age.
“Fashion and style help me. If you’re assertive, it definitely helps,” said the former New Yorker and mother-of-two.
Along with confidence and a killer wardrobe, Olivia also sleeps on a silk pillowcase. She has a “constant skincare routine” that makes sure to keep the parts of her body that are prone to wrinkles moisturized.
“Never neglect your neck and hands,” Olivia warned other middle-aged moms. “They could be the telltale signs of aging.”
The beauty also takes care of protecting her skin from the sun, adding that she stopped tanning at the age of 18. And of course, a healthy diet and regular exercise don’t hurt either.

Olivia has two young children, Tristan, 6, and Kaidyn, 2, who also help her stay fit and active.
Now she says she looks and feels so good that she’s no longer afraid of getting older.
“I feared 30 more than 50,” he confessed. “Fifty is definitely a scary number, but I am 100% more confident and fulfilled at this point in my life. I want women to know that it’s never too late to do what you want in life. I’m living my best life.”
Olivia didn’t meet her husband until she was 38 and says she’s always started life slowly.
“Everything I’ve been through and achieved in my life was about 10 years beyond what would be considered ‘normal’, I guess you’d say,” he said.
Thanks to IVF, the beauty had her first child at 45 and her second at 48. Now she tells other women it’s never too late to make your dreams come true.
“Know that it’s never too late to do what you want in life,” Olivia said. “My advice to others is not to question or doubt yourself. Do it.”

While Olivia has amassed thousands of fans on TikTok, she’s also encountered trolls who cruelly call her “grandma” and say she’s too old for the social media app.
But the beauty does not let herself be disturbed and does not let the enemies bring her down.
“We all have to remember that if you’re lucky, you’ll be my age too,” Olivia said sagely. “Why make someone feel inferior or unworthy because of their age? That doesn’t mean anything.”
