What Were The Details Of An Incident?
The shooting happened at 6:50 a.m. on 21st November at block 7400 of North 87th Street in Milwaukee.
A day later, the boy bought an Oculus virtual reality headset through his late mother’s Amazon account and even asked his grandmother if his package had arrived, according to the criminal complaint.
His 44-year-old mother, identified as Quiana Mann by Milwaukee-based NBC affiliate WTMJ, was shot and killed at point-blank range. The criminal complaint states that the bullet entered his right eye and exited through his skull at the back of his head.
The complaint said the boy first told investigators that his mother woke him at 6 a.m. and that he got his gun from her bedroom and went down to the basement where she was doing laundry.
As he twisted the gun around his finger, it “accidentally” exploded, according to the complaint. After killing her mother, she went to the second-floor bedroom to wake up her 26-year-old sister, who discovered her mother was dead and called 911, according to the complaint.

But in later interviews with police, the complaint said the boy admitted he didn’t turn the gun around when he shot his mother.
He admitted that “his mom wouldn’t give him something he wanted from Amazon,” she said. And he admitted he got the gun back because he was mad at her for waking him up at 6 am. when he usually sleeps until 6:30 a.m.
The ad said he went into the basement and took up a firing position. He said his mother walked in front of him as he tried to shoot the wall to “scare” her. Then he put the gun in the living room closet and woke his sister, he said.
