Queen Has Personally Briefed Andrew On His HRH Title Strip, Says Report
The Queen sat down for a face-to-face meeting with Prince Andrew to inform him that he would lose all of his military titles and royal patrons.
In a private audience on Thursday, Queen told her favorite son that he would fight Virginia Giuffre as a private individual and that he would no longer be known as Her Royal Highness “in any official capacity,” reports The Post.
The Duke of York drove Thursday morning from the Royal Lodge to Windsor Castle for a special call. During the audience, the monarch’s son mentally prepared his future in the royal family.

The Post adds that Andrew is the fifth king to be banned from wearing the title of HRH. They were lost to Princess Diana and Sarah, Duchess of York, after their divorce from Prince Charles and Prince Andrew. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also lost theirs after the ‘Megxit’ deal with the Queen.
