Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Forge Another Business Partnership
Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have forged yet another business partnership, this time in the financial world, by partnering with an asset management company that promotes socially responsible investing.
In addition to investing a portion of their savings in the New York company, the couple will also take on a new role as “impact partners,” Ethic said on its website on Tuesday, without specifying the exact nature of the charges.
The royal couple “share many values with us and we believe with many of you too,” said Ethic.
“By working together, we hope to inform, educate and inspire far-reaching measures on some of the most important and formative topics of our time,” added the company.
In an interview with the New York Times, the couple stated that they wanted to democratize investment and do so through responsible business.
“You don’t mean investing in the world I come from, do you? Meghan told the Times in a joint interview with Harry. “You can’t afford to invest. It sounds so demanding.”

“My husband has been saying for years, ‘My God, wouldn’t you wish there was a place where, if your values were so aligned, you could invest your money in the same things?”
Since moving to California and leaving their official royal duties, Harry and Meghan have signed lucrative deals with streaming giants Netflix and Spotify, including connections to publishers and motivational speeches.
Prince Harry also took a position as “Impact Manager” at San Francisco-based life coaching startup BetterUp in March and is expected to publish his memoir in 2022.
