Pakistan To Finalize Hajj Accords With Saudi Arabia in 2023

Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, Minister of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia, welcomed the Pakistani delegation led by the Minister of Religious Affairs and Mufti Shakoor for Interfaith Harmony during the Hajj Expo 2023. Both sides reached an agreement on plans for the Hajj Season. 1444 AD h.

They discussed the allocation of Hajj quotas, airports, and modes of arrival and departure, as well as organizational instructions related to the departure of pilgrims from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Saudi Arabia), as they are the benefactors of their safety and comfort.

The Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah signed several partnership agreements with various governments during a meeting with their delegates at Hajj Expo, a representative confirmed to APP on Sunday.

These agreements represent the Kingdom’s developmental actions to enhance the pilgrims’ experience during Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarat.

Hajj Expo 2023 was the largest gathering related to Hajj and Umrah, attracting more than 60,000 people from 57 countries, as well as 81 presenters from the public and private sectors from home and abroad, and 200 specialized Hajj and Umrah organizations.

This event allowed participants to share concepts, ideas, innovations, and experiences and served as a forum for all nations to sign agreements and address the concerns of their people ahead of the Hajj and Umrah season.
