Lucinda Miller was last seen around 11 am in Dandenong, a suburb of Melbourne. Police and volunteers are scouring the thick undergrowth in search of Ms. Miller, who mysteriously disappeared over the weekend.
She booked a carpool, which dropped her off near a bush track along McDougal Road in Neerim South.
The path is about 2.5 kilometers from the young woman’s house.

Missing And Last Seen
Lucinda Miller was last seen at 11 am Sunday being dropped off by a carpooler on a tarmac 2.5km from her home in Neerim South, some 110km east of Melbourne.
She is described as 165 cm (or 5 feet 5 inches) tall, with a slim build and blonde hair.
She was last seen wearing a white blouse, pink pants, green sweater, hat, scarf, and mask.

Today, 50 police officers, including a team of dogs, and volunteers are looking for Ms. Miller in the dense undergrowth.
Police also questioned the rideshare driver who dropped Ms. Miller off, but there is no evidence he was involved in her disappearance.
Victoria Police Inspector Peter Fusinato said Ms. Miller knew the bush walk to her home and said it was strange she never got home.
“There are clues everywhere, it’s irrelevant that she didn’t return home,” he said.
He added that there was “no evidence” that a “second party was involved in her disappearance.”
Investigators also went door-to-door to neighbors and other properties in the area.
Other agencies helped police search the thick undergrowth, including the Department for Environment, Land, Water, and Planning, the Victoria State Emergency Service, and the CFA (Country Fire Authority).
