American actress Kirsten Dunst talks about her mental health problems.

In an interview with The Sunday Times, the actress spoke about how her 20s were a dark time despite her successful acting career.

“I have a feeling most people are around 27, that [expletive] is beating the fan. No matter what is working in your brain, you can’t live like that mentally anymore. be angry,” she shared.

“It’s hard to talk about something so personal, but it’s also important to share it. All I can say is that drugs are a good thing and they can really help you get yourself out of something,” he said.

“I was afraid to have a drink, so I sat on it for a long time. I would recommend asking for help if I need it,” he continued.

In more detail on her struggle for mental health, she said, “You are becoming a different person; You grow.”

Dunst, who shares two children with actress Jessie Plemons, said: “I remember feeling really free not to lose anything after the birth of my [first] child,” Dunst revealed. “It doesn’t matter. And showing off is brave and beautiful.”
