Kill Bill Actor, Sonny Chiba Passed Away Aged 82
Famous Japanese actor Shinichi Chiba, better known by his stage name Sonny Chiba, has sadly passed away at the age of 82.
The Japanese actor and martial artist is believed to have died on 19th August 2021, at Kimitsu Hospital in Chiba Prefecture from pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus.
As per the information provided to reporters, Mr. Chiba was hospitalized on August 8 as pneumonia caused by the new crown worsened.
He was in a state of constant inhalation of oxygen but unfortunately succumbed to the disease.

Mr. Chiba was born in Fukuoka, Japan, and was the third of five children in the family of a military test pilot.
When he was four years old, his father was transferred to Kisarazu, Chiba, and the family moved to Kimitsu, Chiba.
