The Federal Directorate of Education has announced summer vacation for all educational institutions in Islamabad Capital Territory.
The break for these institutions will begin from June 10 and will continue till July 31.
Students enrolled in undergraduate (BS/ADP) courses will continue their studies as per the stipulated semester schedule.

During the summer vacation, educational institutions will strive to improve their infrastructure and operational efficiency through activities such as physical inventory verification and repair and maintenance of furniture, buildings, and playgrounds.
In-house training sessions are scheduled for the last week of July.
The objective of the FDE is to impart updated skills and methodologies to teachers through these sessions. Heads of educational institutions will be given the responsibility to actively involve teachers and utilize their expertise to perform the assigned tasks.

The Islamabad Public Schools and Universities Regulatory Authority also said that teachers will attend training sessions, the schedule of which will be announced later.
