Distinguished for ranking within the top one percent of global educational and research institutions, the University of Otago boasts a remarkable 95% employment rate, with highly skilled students contributing to its reputation.

This scholarship is exclusively designed for financially disadvantaged yet diligent students, and the eligibility criteria reflect this commitment:

  • Applicants must be international students.
  • The scholarship targets first-year master’s degree students.
  • Candidates are required to have a strong grasp of master’s dissertation concepts.
  • Given the limited number of awards, preference is given to candidates with an A+ grade.

Scholarship Details:

The scholarship provides an annual sum of $17,172 in New Zealand dollars, accompanied by a one-year exemption from tuition fees.
