Dubai Residents Can Now Submit Complaints Against The Govt Within 2 Mins

Dubai has officially established a feedback platform that allows residents to submit complaints and suggestions to officials on administrative issues. With it, you can file a complaint in two minutes.

The announcement of the launch of the “04” platform was made by the Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed. The platform will create a bridge between the government of Dubai and residents through which people can contribute to their city’s services.

Sheikh Hamdan also commented that they learned some valuable lessons from the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. One of them is to be proactive, he added.

Three-Step Process

Dubai Residents can submit their complaints in three steps:

  • Visit the official website.
  • Select the feedback category, including Ratings, Complaints, or Suggestions.
  • Receive a tracking number to track requests.

People can also send their opinions, complaints, or suggestions through WhatsApp Business by saving 600500055 in their contacts and texting directly to that number.

Thought Behind “04”

Platform 04 is part of Dubai’s Service Policy 360, which puts residents at the heart of shaping government policies and gives them a platform to make their voices heard.

Platform 04, created by the Dubai Model Center of the General Secretariat of the Executive Board and the Dubai Digital Authority, reflects a creative user experience for all citizens, residents, and even tourists.

Sheikh Hamdan stressed the importance of ensuring the happiness of society and establishing Dubai as a world leader in governance. He urged all stakeholders to continually engage with residents and exceed their expectations.
