Mutlu, from Inegol, in the northwestern province of Bursa, was drinking with friends when he got lost in the woods.

Turkish Missing Man Joined Search Party For Himself
A Turkish man missing in a forest has himself joined the search, as per the startling new report.
Mutlu, who lives in northwestern Bursa province, reportedly disappeared on Tuesday after getting drunk with his group of friends in the forest, Daily Sabah reported.
While the search was ongoing, Mutlu joined a group of volunteers who helped authorities find him, the outlet reported.
But when the volunteers started calling out his name, Mutlu got confused and asked who they were looking for, Turkish news channel NTV reported.
“I’m here,” he would have told them.
When police learned the man had joined their search team, they took him home, media reported.
He was then taken aside by one of the rescuers to state that he feared he would be in trouble with his family.
He reportedly said, “Don’t punish me too harshly, officer. My father is going to kill me.”
Rescuers then took him home and it is not known whether he was reprimanded for his actions.
In 2012, an Asian tourist who went missing in Iceland was found in her search team after failing to recognize her description released by police.
