Why he sues “Jackass Forever” team, alleging discrimination and unlawful dismissal?

Former franchise star Brandon ‘Bam’ Margera filed a lawsuit against the show’s producers on Monday for being removed from the upcoming “Jackass Forever,” according to some reputed online magazine.

Margera claims the producers violated his civil rights by forcing him to sign a “welfare contract” to appear in the sequel.

The star was later removed from the film after testing positive.

Margera claims that he has physical and mental disabilities and claims that his dismissal constituted unlawful discrimination.

The wellness agreement provided for Margera’s immediate discharge if she did not blow a breathalyzer three times a day and a urinalysis twice a week, if she had her hair follicles checked regularly, and her prescription medication during a FaceTime call with a employed physician. by Paramount.

Margera claims that director Jeff Tramaine, star Johnny Knoxville and producer Spike Jonze “approached him and forced him” to sign the deal during drug rehab.

“Margera has not slipped,” says the prosecutor.

“He followed the terms of the wellness agreement to the letter, which resulted in a high personal price. The defendant’s treatment of Margera aggravated her mental health problems and led to suicidal thoughts. But Margera persevered, only to rip the rug out from under him.”

MTV Studio did not comment on the lawsuit.
