Your online store was displaying error messages on multiple regional domains. Reuters was unable to access the list of products in its domains, including the United States, India, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Singapore.

“We regret that some customers may have trouble buying. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue,” said an Amazon spokesperson.

At 0400 GMT some of the domains were back. Amazon did not immediately respond to requests for comment on the scope of the resumption of services.

As per the Downdetector, more than 38,000 user reports have reported problems with Amazon’s online store site, while nearly 500 users have reported problems with Amazon’s web services.

According to Downdetector, around 80% of the reported problems were with the website, 15% with logins, and 5% with paid services. Down Detector tracks outages by collecting status reports from a variety of sources, including errors submitted by users on its platform.
