One of the most important tourist hubs in the world, Dubai is always among the top destinations on many people’s bucket lists. A large number of people, especially beginners, perceive it as a place of endless pleasure.

However, Dubai and its policies can be extremely strict for some, and violating these policies or rules can lead to extreme problems like deportation, imprisonment, heavy fines, etc.

Knowing everything you need to know is important, especially for those who are visiting Dubai for the first time. Below is a list of the rules and 9 important things you should know about Dubai:

It is forbidden to play loud music in public as it disturbs environmental peace. However, tourists can listen to music indoors or in their car, which is quite normal there.

However, tourists are allowed to wear shorts, tops, and bikinis on the beaches and hotel pools as they are declared “international areas” with relaxed laws.

Offensive behavior such as swearing, swearing, fighting, or fighting can result in a prison sentence in the UAE.

Restrictions During Ramadan

Muslims in the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, fast during the holy month of Ramadan. Therefore, tourists from western countries, the United States, Australia, and other non-Muslim regions may have a hard time as chewing, eating, or drinking objects in public is prohibited.
