How to use PTCL Smart TV App and what do you need?
You must have a PTCL broadband connection of at least 2 Mbps to install and use the PTCL Smart TV application on your computer.
This application can be installed on any computer that supports an operating system higher than Windows 7.

How do I install the App on your PC?
To take advantage of all of the amazing features of the app and install them on your computer or laptop, you need to follow the steps below:
- Open your web browser and access this link from your laptop or desktop.
- If you use it on your phone, you can download the application from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
- Go to the ‘Sign In’ option in the top right corner.
- Log in to the application with ‘Password’ and ‘Username’.
- If you are not a user, you will need to install the BrowserPluginHelper and BrowserPluginHelper extensions.
- Click the ‘Download’ button and wait for the process to complete.
- When the download is complete, you will be prompted for a security clearance.
- Open the file in the Downloads folder and start the installation process.
- Click ‘Finish’ to complete the process when the installation is complete.
- Open your browser and access the link.
