Balochistan Receives Only 1,000 Doses of Pfizer Vaccine, Says NCOC

The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) delivered more than 1,000 doses of the Covid-19 Pfizer vaccine to the government of Balochistan.

At Quetta Civil Hospital, BMC Hospital, Fatima Jinnah Hospital, and Cenar Hospital, the vaccine doses are given according to people with extremely weak immunity. Balochistan’s primary and secondary health care secretary Aziz Ahmad Jamali insists that the provincial government received 1,000 doses of Pfizer vaccines from the NCOC.

“The Pfizer vaccine would be given to patients with cancer, dialysis, kidney transplant, tuberculosis, HIV / AIDS, and chronic hepatitis,” said Jamali.

He directed these patients to accept the required documents for the Pfizer vaccine along with a prescription, photocopy of laboratory tests, and X-ray reports.

“After the registration process is complete, these people will be given the Pfizer vaccine as soon as possible,” said Dr. Ishaq Panizai, EPI Provincial Coordinator.
